By booking your visit, you are agreeing to the following policies...A valid credit card is required to book any services with us. Please note, this is not a pre-paid service unless you choose to pay full (Any payments you made online is NON-refundable - You can use it for your future appointment though!) You will only be charged in the event of a violation of our cancellation or no-show policy. Credit cards won’t be charged UNLESS you do not show up for your appointment or you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time. Late cancellations will have to be charged for 50% of the full amount for the appointment missed, No-Shows will have to be charged for the full amount for the appointment missed.
Clients can cancel or re-schedule their appointments online up to 24 hours before their appointment. You won’t be able to cancel online if your appointment is within 24 hours. If you can’t come for your appointment and can’t cancel online, please leave a text message (to 604-999-8513) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to avoid paying no-show fee which is a full amount of the appointment. You will be charged 50% of the appointment if we receive your text or email before your appointment. Please note that we do not check the voice mail every hour. Please text or email us, no phone calls.
We will not be able to waive the late cancellation fee or no-show fee for any reasons. It is important for us to keep a consistent cancellation policy for all clients to maintain operations. We appreciate your consistent patronage, loyalty and your understanding.
