Pricing:

Mayfair + Hampstead: £25 per session

Zoom: £10 per session

*Please note there is a '24 hour rebooking policy' for all sessions

What to wear/bring:

Please come in your most comfortable workout gear (we will get sweaty!) and bring a water bottle to sip throughout. During the studio sessions, mats and hand weights will be provided. Grip socks are required to ensure the joints' safety and the workout's effectiveness (as well as hygiene).
