HOW TO PREPARE:

  • Booking opens up 30 days in advance from desired date
  • Each service has the accurate allotted time. Please plan accordingly as I am not a rush stylist, services will be completed to perfection.
  • 20 minute grace period for all appointments $15 late fee may be applied if 20 minutes or more late
  • Lace install appointments (except for lace previously customized by Sherene) must be dropped off 2 days in advance (Tuesday & Wednesday appointments must be dropped off Saturday) according to scheduled drop off time. Instructions for drop off are sent in confirmation email. Drop offs are scheduled after appointments are booked.
  • Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance
  • $40 fee for late drop offs and squeeze - ins appointments. Must check via call or text before booking late drop offs. (857) 342-9623
  • No extra guest! Please refrain from bringing anyone who is not being serviced to your appointment including kids
  • Do not attend if you have any symptoms or have been in contact with any one who has tested positive for covid or flu

DEPOSITS:

Deposits are non refundable, It is transferable to another date if rescheduled 3 days in advance up till 30 days from original scheduled appointment. Reschedules can be made via confirmation email , if applicable.

CONFIRMATION:

Please read your confirmation email in full. It will contain the address, and instructions on how to prepare for service. Failure to comply with appointment instructions can lead to additional fees or cancelation. For Returning Clients, Please Review The Policies & Procedures as they are subject to change often.

PURCHASE HAIR FROM US - SUFFICIENT COLLECTIONS:

For Install Packages: Appointments must be booked at least 7 business days in advance or Text 857-342-9623 ( During Business Hours Tues - Sat 10am - 7:30pm) to check stock. Remaining balance for Hair must be paid for directly after booking via zelle only. Instructions are sent in confirmation email

For In Stock Wigs: Please Visit The "Ready To Wear Wigs " Section On Our Site To Purchase

For Custom Wigs: Book A Custom Wig Consult via zoom or in person

Installs Are Discounted When You Shop With Us!

WIG/ HAIR REQUIREMENTS:

Please be advised the quality of your hair/lace will determine the outcome of install

  • Lace must be transparent or HD Lace
  • No T-Part wigs
  • No Synthetic Hair
  • No Silver/Gold Band Bundles

Please Be Advised That Your Lace/Hair Quality Will Determine Your Results, Majority Of The Work Seen On Instagram Is Provided By Sufficient Collections. We Can Not Guarantee The Same Results When Purchasing From Other Companies.
