GMHC Testing Center

The GMHC Testing Center provides free & confidential HIV/STI testing. Schedule an appointment to see us! Please note that you are eligible to receive testing once every 90 days (approximately 3 months). If you have been to the Testing Center in the past 3 months, you will be asked to reschedule.

MPOX ADVISORY: If you are experiencing a rash/sores, please note that the GMHC Testing Center is not able to provide mpox (monkeypox) testing or vaccination. To find a vaccine site in NYC, click here. For mpox testing, please contact your medical provider or the NYC Department of Health Sexual Health Clinic Hotline (347-396-7959). For the safety of all GMHC clients and staff, we ask that you do not schedule an HIV/STI testing appointment if you have confirmed or suspected mpox. You may schedule an appointment after all lesions have resolved, the scabs have fallen off, and a fresh layer of intact skin has formed (CDC). Please see here for more information on mpox.
