Led by the lovely Jen Honey, Slow Flow is a combination of hatha and vinyasa yoga and fosters a grounding and stable energy while slowly flowing through postures and movements.
We start with the breath, move into the body and end with a guided relaxation to calm and soothe our nervous systems.
Taking our time to create space, opening up to wherever we find ourselves in each moment.
