Cost: There is $28.00 fee for the first record, which includes a $3.00 security fee for identity verification. $25.00 for each additional copy of the same record ordered at the same time. (see for more information on fees)
Appointment Information:
- Appointments are 30-minutes. Your appointment time begins when you start your order at the kiosk on the second floor.
- Please allow time to for parking. There is paid parking in the lot, surrounding garages and off-street locations. Parking is monitored and can be limited.
- Check-in at the Vital Records desk on the first-floor lobby five minutes before your appointment.
- Early arrivals may be asked to wait outside of the building until their scheduled appointment.
- Late arrivals may be turned away and required to reschedule.
- Please observe social distancing of six feet whenever possible and follow all posted guidelines.
- Please limit the number of additional people you bring to your appointment to two.
