7.14 Studio is made up of a team who truly cares about each client’s beauty goals and needs. Every tech is either a licensed cosmetologist or licensed esthetician, and is multi certified in all the services we perform.

7.14 Studio is located in the office building directly across the AMC movie theater inside of suite 103

DEPOSITS

7.14 Studio requires a 20% deposit of the service scheduled to reserve the appointment and lessen no call/no shows as well as last minute cancellations. The rest of the payment may be paid in person using cash or venmo. If you are using cash please have the exact amount.

If the client needs to reschedule their appointment the deposit will go towards the rescheduled appointment.

If the client needs to cancel, the deposit will be held for 48 hours for the client to make another appointment. If the client does not make another appointment then the deposit is kept.

7.14 Studio works by appointment only. We do not have set hours





Squeeze In Appointments

If you are needing a Monday or Tuesday feel free to message us! Although, since it is outside of our set schedule and I will be accommodating your schedule, we require an up charge of $50.


Tardy, Late Cancellations, No Calls/No Shows, Refunds

Tardy Policy: Each client is granted a 15 minute grace period. After the 15 minute grace period the appointment will have to be rescheduled. It is the client's responsibility to show to their appointment on time. If the client fails to show to the appointment on time, the appointment will still finish at the scheduled time.

Late Cancellation and Reschedule Policy: If the client needs to cancel or reschedule their appointment please let the service provider know 24 hours before the appointment. If the appointment is cancelled or reschedule after the 24 hour period a 100% charge of the service scheduled will be charged.

No Call/No Show Policy: It is the client's responsibility to contact the service provider if they cannot show to the appointment. If a no call/ no show takes place a 100% charge of the service scheduled will be charged.

No Refunds: Absolutely no refunds will take place. If the client is unhappy with their lashes they can be accommodated with a complimentary service.




Preparation For the Appointment

  • If you wear contacts bring glasses or contact case with you to take them out.
  • Arrive with a fresh face, absolutely no makeup.
  • Be prepared to lay down for more than an hour
  • You may bring a blanket or headphones with you
  • Do not drink caffeine before your appointment
