An Initial Appointment - $30.00 AUD (redeemable on the rental booking or purchase of a dress).
A Re-try Appointment - Complimentary (following an initial appointment).
A Pre-Appointment (optional) - $15.00 AUD
An optional appointment encouraged for brides who would like to walk-through our studio before trying on any wedding dresses. This is a chance to come meet us, experience our unique bridal studio, and preview what gowns are currently available for you (before committing or scheduling an Initial Appointment).
Kindly note: Pre-appointments do not include trying on any gowns. Treat this as a "walk in tour" style appointment.
The $15.00 fee for Pre-Appointment bookings will be deducted should you proceed to make an Initial appointment booking (you only pay $12.00 for the Initial Appointment).
A Virtual Appointment - $15.00 AUD
A video consultation for interstate brides, or for brides who may be unable to travel to our studio in Brisbane, Queensland.
Any Collection/ Rental Return Appointments - Complimentary (following an initial appointment).
Conditions of entry:
- TO ENSURE BESSETTE CAN CONTINUE TO OPERATE DURING COVID-19, OUR GUEST NUMBERS HAVE CHANGED. Please limit your guests to a maximum of one person at this time. Thank you for your understanding and support during these uncertain times.
- Please inform us of any cancellation or rescheduling requests at least 48 hours before your appointment. An appointment fee is non-refundable if cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
- Please wear nude/white toned undergarments.
- Please limit/avoid make up for your appointment - It can mark/stain our pieces.
- If you are running late to your scheduled appointment, this will count as being inclusive of your time allocation.
- In order to maintain the quality of our gowns, we reserve the right to refuse spray tanned clientele from trying on any gowns.
