Experience personal training at Altitude! You'll begin with a brief consult to discuss your exercise history and fitness goals, during which you'll also undergo a comprehensive InBody assessment to analyze your body composition. The InBody assessment provides a quick snapshot of your body composition by measuring your fat, muscle mass and hydration. Then, your coach will take you through a dynamic intro session, focusing on movement, technique, and exercises tailored to your goals.
