We're so excited to meet you! Please help us provide you with the best possible service by taking a moment to read through the following policies before scheduling.
All private event bookings must be scheduled at least two weeks in advance to allow time for our team to gather materials and ensure that we are prepared for your event. A deposit is required to schedule and the balance must be paid 24 hours prior to the event.
We ask that you arrive in a timely fashion for your appointment or event. If you would like to request that we stay additional time for your event, please let us know in a timely manner and we will do our best to accommodate you!
Events that have charges based on the amount of attendees must adhere to the initial agreement. If you would like to add on an additional guest, please reach out to us prior to the start of your event so we can ensure we have enough materials to accommodate them.
If you require that we travel outside of Connecticut, we ask that you contact us directly prior to scheduling to discuss any additional fees associated with your event. Please send inquiries, requests for special accomodations, and concerns to email@example.com.
Appointments for tying services must be cancelled no less than 12 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellation for private events require 24 hours advance notice. We do allow reschedules, but we encourage you to give us adequate notice as this experience requires preparation.
Private event bookings that are cancelled due to non-payment cannot be rescheduled. Your deposit is non-refundable and cannot be applied to another event. If you would like to book your event for another date, we ask that you check the schedule for availability and place a new deposit to lock in your new date.
Masks are required for all tying appointments. If you are not feeling well, it is recommended that you do not book our tying services until after you are feeling better and we humbly request that you reschedule for a later date. If you are awaiting COVID test results, appointments should be scheduled after receiving your results.
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or events. Payment are accepted via ZELLE, CashApp, PayPal, and Debit/Credit.
