Kids yoga for 5 (prep) to 12ish year olds at Burpengary Community Centre.
Introducing the foundation of yoga to children in a fun, engaging and age appropriate.
- Yoga poses in stories and themes, music, Yoga games and positive affirmations for a calm mind. Breathing exercises.
By practicing yoga on a regular basis it can help children with
✅ Boost kid's confidence, improve co-ordination, flexibility and balance.
✅Will help decrease stress and tension and improve attention.
Easter School holidays Kids Yoga and wellbeing Workshop

Join us for some fun on the school holidays. Drop and go, do some shopping or find a few minutes peace. Whilst the kids have fun, make new friends, We will do some dancing, breathing activities, partner poses a fun yoga story followed up with a craft activity (painting a pot and planting a indoor plant). All about new beginnings getting ready for school.
Mini Kids Yoga and Mindfulness (1.5 to 5 year olds)

Kids will love yoga. We will shake our sillies out, Kids will hiss like a snake hop like a bunny, jump like a frog, hiss like a snake, roar like a lion, fly like a bird. We sing, we dance, we use stories and our imagination to move our body in yoga poses. We use props, books and craft for an engaging and fun time.
We practise deep breathing using props like pom poms, straws and bubbles.
