Please arrive 5 minutes before your pass time to ensure you are able to enjoy your full 80 minutes. Walk ins are welcome. Last pass of the day is available 1.5 hours before closing. Children under 6 not permitted. Reservations can be changed or canceled by emailing us at least 12 hours before your scheduled reservation.

Bring your mat & towel and have fun with a 45 minute Yoga class! This is a basic Yoga class with lots of feel good stretching mixed in. After class cool down for 15 minutes with our wonderful cats & kittens.
