A relaxing treatment that integrates the gentle touch techniques of Reiki and Healing Touch to help shift and clear energetic imbalances, supporting the body's return to optimal physical, mental, emotional & spiritual wellness. A session may also incorporate the use of aromatherapy and sound healing. First time sessions will also include a holistic conversation to discuss the client's concerns and goals.

Follow up sessions support deeper treatment of chronic or acute chronic health concerns, address additional issues/concerns and help maintain ongoing mind-body-spirit balance. These sessions integrate Reiki and Healing Touch techniques with aromatherapy and sound healing to help energetic imbalances and support a return to optimal well-being.
