This service is for people who do not have the time or desire to interface with the tax auditor. I do it for you! You communicate with me (as needed). I address the issues raised by the auditor and keep you in the loop. The audit proceeds as you go about your business with regular updates.

After speaking with you and reviewing documentation about the construction job, I will issue a taxability memo, make all references used available, customize and discuss the best course of action with you, and respond to any questions you present.

I perform the research on how to structure a contract to receive the desired tax consequences, when you charge state and local sales or use tax and when to pay it. Who says you can't outsource the "hard stuff?"

This offering is for you if you have you been audited and want to be sure you are ready for the next audit or you are concerned about the tax on a BIG job or purchase.

You are not required to wait until a state taxing authority reviews your books. You can commission an interim review to have areas of concern scrutinized. You can fix any area that requires it when the project is just starting, is ongoing, or before it ends. No one wants to discuss taxing a project after the deal is "over."
