Location:

• Kamala is currently servicing the Atlanta, Georgia area. You will receive a text message 24-hours before your appointment with the address.
• For all services that require travel 25 minutes outside of the Atlanta area (including flight/hotel), please contact Kamala via email at [makeupbykamala@gmail.com] to inquire.

Deposit Policy:

• A non-refundable deposit is required to book all services, appointments, and consultations. Deposits are 50% of the total service price and will vary per service. Deposits are deducted from and applied to the final service price.
• The remaining balance is due immediately after services are completed. The remaining balance can be processed via Debit Card, Credit Card, Cash, or Zelle.
• All deposits/payments for services are non-refundable once processed.

Late Policy:

• All clients will have a 15-minute grace period to arrive at their appointment.
• After 15 mins a $20 late fee will apply upon arrival and it is up to Kamala’s discretion if the appointment is honored. Your deposit will not be refunded or transferred to a new appointment.

Cancellation Policy:

• You are required to cancel/reschedule 48-hours prior to your appointment. Late cancellations or schedule changes will result in your deposit being retained as a cancellation fee. Your deposit will not be refunded or transferred to a new appointment.
• No shows will be charged the full remaining balance.
• All reschedules must be utilized within 60 days of the original service date. All deposits/payments for services are non-refundable once processed.

• Based upon availability and terms of the appointment/project requested, additional fees other than what's listed may be applied. This can include travel, early/late booking fee, etc.
