The Services:
The Consultant agrees that it shall render services to both Spouses (“Clients”) on matters pertaining to (the “Services”).

Compensation and Payment:
Consultant shall be paid five hundred dollars ($500.00) for an one hour all encompassing consultation.

Term:
Consultant can reschedule consultation at his/her discretion.

Termination:

In the event that the Clients desire to terminate the Services of the Consultant hereunder, the Clients can cancel the consultation and receive a full refund (48) hours prior to the event.
In the event that one of the Clients desires to terminate the Services of the Consultant hereunder, the other Client can still partake in the consultation with no added penalties.
