I agree with the Terms and Conditions below:

1. It is entirely the responsibility of each student to ensure they are physically able to do the classes. STUDIO B is not responsible for any injuries that might occur during the lessons. Students should also remain hydrated during class.

2. Students must prepare the space according to the recommendations of the teacher and bring the necessary material.

3. Students must dress appropriately and avoid any clothes or accessories that might interfere with the activities.

4. Any form of inappropriate discourse, violence or harassment will not be tolerated. STUDIO B is entitled to expel, without any form of refund or compensation, a student that behaves in a way that, directly or indirectly, affects other members of the B community.

5. All group online classes may be cancelled/rescheduled with a minimum of 1 hour notice with no extra costs. After that limit, it is impossible to make changes, and the class will be paid in full.

6. In-person classes and special events will not be refunded in case of absence except in extraordinary circumstances.

7. All classes will be recorded and shared with the students that purchased that lesson. Please allow 24 hours for the videos to be uploaded in the Google Drive and shared with you. Videos will be available for a week only. Group class recordings cannot be saved or shared in any circumstances.

8. All content delivered by STUDIO B may not be copied, distributed, filmed, broadcasted, published, displayed or used in any way without written consent by STUDIO B Ballet Academy.

9. Taking pictures during class is permitted if you photograph only yourself. To capture colleagues and teachers in a photograph, you must get consent from them and this must be discussed with the class teacher.

10. We will store your data, such as email address, phone number, name and age, for internal use only. We will not share this information with any other entities.
