Important Child Policy:
The cat lounge is limited to ages 6 & up ONLY! Ticketed children ages 6-12 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult. We require 1 ticketed adult (Age 18+) for every 2 ticketed children. If you know your children require more supervision, please plan the number of adults accordingly. We are more than willing to teach all children proper behavior around cats in order to decrease the likelihood of injury. No running and yelling is one of our most important rules in the cat lounge as cats enjoy a calm environment. Each child will have 3 warnings. After the third time, unfortunately due to safety reasons and other customer's experience, we will have to end your session. We do not provide refunds for tickets purchased for children under the age of 6 due to not reading our policy.

CHANGES/CANCEL TO YOUR TICKETS:
You can change/cancel your TICKETS date/time by clicking on "Change/Cancel Appointment" in your confirmation email up to 24 hours in advance of your admission start time. Please note cancellation less than 24 hours in advance of your admission start time will result in a $5 cancellation fee. We do not provide refunds/reschedule if there is a no show without cancellation or you contacted us after your session start time. If you booked for multiple people, you will have to cancel/reschedule them one by one. Please email us at meow@kittybubblecafe.com for less than 24 hours cancellations/reschedules.

*Tickets are per person, please make sure to update number of people if you are booking for others. If the session is full, we will not be able to add people onsite as walk-ins.

    • Annually Cat Lounge Visit Pass

      $149.99 per year

      Annual Membership includes: -Unlimited visits for a year. Allows for up to a 55 minutes session per day with your membership code, excluding special events such as cat yoga and/or book club. -Members and their guest(s) will be permitted extended time if there are spaces available, but walk-ins/pre-booked tickets will be prioritized during these time. -10% off drinks and merchandise. -2 free one hour cat lounge tickets each year for your guest(s) -Members will receive a special one-time gift each year. *Pre-booking your session is highly recommended, especially on the weekends as walk-in availability is not guaranteed. Pre-booked tickets will always be prioritized. Members can book up to a one-hour session using their customized booking code. Their two guest tickets will also have two individual booking codes to book a session with. Please note, the system may allow you book multiple. We will only count the first booked session as valid, the rest will be canceled. Once that session has been completed, you will be allowed to book your next session. *The membership is non-transferable, and can not be shared. ID would be required at check-in.       This gift certificate is good for one 55 mins Cat Lounge Visit and it can be redeemed through our online booking system. Please enter your information during checkout. The gift certificates will be sent to the e-mail address provided and you can then choose to either email it to the receiver, or print it out and gift it in person.
