An hour-long in person session which incorporates gentle Reiki healing energies to help release blockages, stress, and anxiety.

A one hour in person session with tuning forks, chimes, Tibetan and crystal bowls. These instruments will be used around the body or placed on the body to break up any stagnant energy. The sound penetrates deep into our very cells and rebalances them through oscillation and resonance. energy.

Connect and rejuvenate in this one hour couples sound session with the harmonious sounds of Tibetan bowls, tuning forks and crystal bowls. These sounds help to facilitate mind, body and spiritual healing.

An hour-long session will include Reiki with the gentle sounds of Tibetan singing bowls to clear and resonate the body back into a harmonious state.

Reiki is energy work and energy transcends time and space. During a remote session the practitioner will contact you by phone to go over any concerns and goals that you have for your session. Once we have discussed your goals the practitioner will ask you to find yourself a quiet place where you will not be disturbed during your session and hang up. Once the session is complete the practitioner will call you back to go over any insight or feedback.
