Patients are generally very pleased with this format because they get to learn from each other as well as Dr. Cruz.

To Participate In our GROUP Telehealth Consultation, you need to have a smart phone, tablet, or computer and know how to use it. If you are unsure of how to use your electronic device, you must have someone to help you. Unfortunately we have no way to help you with your device.

During the group consultation Dr. Cruz will provide a great deal of information.

Dr. Cruz will discuss:

1] Respiratory Infection Prevention Strategies.

2] Treatment of Active Respiratory Infection.

3] Treatment of prolonged or lingering infection –“Long hauler syndrome.”

4] What to do if you or a loved one is hospitalized.

5] How to obtain high quality supplements at lower prices than Amazon.

6] After the consultation, Dr. Cruz will prescribe several medications that have proven to help patients manage their symptoms and recover from a Respiratory Infection like PNEUMONIA and BRONCHITIS including Ivermectin, Hydroxychloroquine, and Budesonide. Medications are prescribed EVEN if you are NOT currently “sick”. We want you to be prepared for any respiratory illness.

7] Consultations with Dr. Cruz run approximately one hour. All questions are then answered for which time varies. You can leave the TeleHealth Consultation after Dr. Cruz completes his portion if you do not want to hear the Question and Answer session.

We will NO LONGER WORK WITH OR FAX TO ANY LOCAL PHARMACIES, but instead have located several out-of-state compounding pharmacies who support the use of the I-Mask Ivermectin protocol and will fill your prescription without delays. In most cases they are far less expensive than local pharmacies. They DO NOT accept insurance. They DO NOT DELAY patient care by refusing to fill IVERMECTIN.

Dr. Cruz usually prescribes 5 medications. You will have a choice as to which of the prescribed medications you prefer to purchase should you decide that you do not want the prescription medications that Dr. Cruz recommends.

***(Children under 12 will receive only ivermectin. Children under 3 or weighing less than 35 lbs. cannot be accepted.)***

Estimated cost which varies by pharmacy is approximately $250 for 5 FIVE of the prescription medications. The prescription has ONE REFILL including Ivermectin capsules [dosed by weight] for 20 days OR 20 WEEKS. Prices vary between pharmacies AND PRICE INCREASES may occur as national shortages occur. Please confirm costs with the pharmacy before agreeing to purchase. We have attempted to negotiate the best pricing possible; HOWEVER, WE DO NOT CONTROL PHARMACY PRICING. We always attempt to send your prescription to the least expensive pharmacy that services your state.

IMPORTANT NOTIFICATION: You must agree to wait at least 48 BUSINESS HOURS for the pharmacy to contact you to arrange payment and shipping of your medications.

Kentuckiana Integrative Medicine has no financial interest or ownership in these compounding pharmacies and receives no compensation from these pharmacies. We also have no control over the speed with which these pharmacies will service you, however in our experience they are much faster than local pharmacies that are not comfortable providing Ivermectin. Ivermectin has been found to be safe and effective in over 63 studies.

Dr Cruz will prescribe IVERMECTIN 20-day supply, Hydroxychloroquine, Budesonide [30 ampules], Albuterol [25 ampules], Cough Syrup Phenergan DM [14 ounces], Antibiotic-clindamycin or another helpful antibiotic. Additional medications available at additional costs are Tessalon Pearls for cough, Hydroxychloroquine, Prednisone or Medrol dose pak; Food Grade 3% Peroxide, Nebulizer, Pulse Oximeter (Not all pharmacies have all items.) You will be able to purchase ONLY the medications you want by communicating your preference to the pharmacy. According to most experts, 20 doses of ivermectin is enough to treat at least four episodes of CO19 respiratory infections in most cases. The pharmacy will ship ground for approximately $10 or $50 overnight.

During the consultation, you will need a NOTEBOOK available to write down the information that will be provided, and jot down any questions that occur to you.

The cost of the TeleHealth Consultation is $300 PER PERSON. The consultation is NOT covered by insurance and $300 is our usual and customary fee which we feel is reasonable given the very challenging medical climate that Doctors are forced to practice in.
