Gem City Vet believes all pets deserve quality vet care to keep them healthy and prevent costly medical issues from developing.

At this time, we are only providing services to pets in low-income families. Please ensure your family meets the income requirements below before booking.

We provide affordable, non-emergency, basic veterinary care for both cats and dogs. Payment is required at the time of service by cash, credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. We can not manage patients with ongoing chronic health conditions or treat behavioral issues, cancer, injuries, or parvovirus. We do not provide nail trims, anal gland expression, major trauma care, or emergency care.

For each additional person add $8,840.

Appointments must be canceled 48 hours in advance to receive a refund. Refunds will be given for the purchase price minus the cost of the processing fees, as our credit card processor does not refund their processing fee. Currently, our processing fees are 2.6% + 15ยข per transaction. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours or missed will not receive a refund. Three no-call/no-show appointments within a twelve-month period will result in the inability to book appointments online. You may still come in as a walk-in, and we will be happy to put you on our walk-in list.
