When booking a treatment, a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT will be applied. The received deposit goes towards the procedure, and the remaining balance will be due the day of the appointment. Please note Cherry financing is curreonly available in the United States of America. Payment options are available for the remaining balance on select booked packages for customers not using Cherry financing.
72-hour notice is required to reschedule appointments. Cancellations made 24hours before the booked appointment will require a new deposit and must be sent to confirm new appointment. No call no show will only be allowed to reschedule once full-service payment is received.
Customers who have purchased multiple sessions, and do not reschedule within 72-48 hour cannot make up their missed session. Customers who are a no call no show for any given reason sessions will not be able to continue unless full payment is received for the rate of the 1 session that was missed.
Please arrive on time. If late 15 minutes or more, your appointment will be cancelled. To reschedule, you must send a new deposit to confirm a new appointment. Package clients will miss that sessionand won’t be able to rebook with out paying for the missed session in full. Avoid arriving earlier than 5 minutes to your scheduled appointment
