**Deposit**When booking a treatment, service, package and training a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required. The received deposit goes towards whichever service you’ve booked, and the remaining balance will be due the day of the appointment.
**Cancellation Policy**72-hour notice is required to reschedule appointments. Cancellations made 24hours before the booked appointment will require a new deposit and must be sent to confirm new appointment.
**Rescheduling**Customers who have purchased multiple sessions, and do not reschedule within 48 hour will loose that session and cannot make up their missed session.
Customers can only reschedule once. If you are going to reschedule a 2nd time a new deposit is required.**No Call no Show**No call no show will only be allowed to reschedule once full-service payment is received.
Customers who purchased multiple sessions and are a no call no show for any given reason sessions will not be able to continue unless full payment is received for the rate of the 1 session that was missed.
**Late Policy**Please arrive on time. If late 15 minutes or more, your appointment will be cancelled. To reschedule, you must send a new deposit to confirm a new appointment. Package clients will miss that session and won’t be able to rebook without paying for the missed session in full. Avoid arriving earlier than 5 minutes to your scheduled appointment
**Guest Policy**No extra guests, kids or pets are allowed.

**Please note that a 2.9% tax fee will be added to all treatments and services and a travel fee of $50 for a mobile service this fee is due upon booking payment must be sent via Zelle (407) 371-9252 if payment is not received appointment will not be accepted. For multiple sessions, a $20 mobile fee will be added per session payments are made through zelle.
