When booking a treatment, a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be applied. The received deposit goes towards the procedure, and the remaining balance will be due the day of the appointment. Payment options are available for the remaining balance on booked packages.
72-hour notice is required to reschedule appointments. Cancellations made 24hours before the booked appointment will require a new deposit and must be sent to confirm a new appointment. No call no show will only be allowed to reschedule once full-service payment is received. Customers who have purchased multiple sessions and are a no call no show for any given session will not be able to add the missed sessions to their series unless payment is received in full for a missed single session.
