Classes are conducted on the Reformers, Spine Correctors, Chairs, and Cadillacs incorporating the use of small props. Class sizes are limited to 4 participants We pride ourselves on being able to offer a quiet, non-competitive environment with top notch instruction and individualized attention for each participant.
