A Note from Our Braider: The calendar has been updated to reflect my schedule & availability. I have also removed a few services, so when booking your appointments please choose from the selections listed. Moreover, due to the upcoming changes, SATURDAY APPTS will be reserved for MEN ONLY , NO EXCEPTIONS!

If you intentionally and voluntarily book an appointment on a Saturday for a service NOT designated for males, your scheduled appointment will be CANCELED, and the FULL AMOUNT will be charged to the credit card on FILE.

PLEASE READ ALL POLICIES LISTED BELOW. Bypass policies at your own risk; Policies do apply to EVERYONE, No Exceptions.

Hair must be WASHED, BLOWN DRY and FREE of ALL PRODUCTS 24-48Hrs prior to Braid Appt. Hair is required to be 3 INCHES ALL AROUND to be braided. If you are unsure, please BOOK A CONSULTATION (found under Miscellaneous Services).

Hair is included with all services -- It is the clients responsibility to list their DESIRED BRAID COLOR (1, 1B, 2, or 4 etc).

Cancellations will ONLY be permitted with 24hrs of scheduled service. In the event of a “Same Day” or “Late” Cancellation, client will be charged 100% of scheduled service cost. The appointment can ONLY be rescheduled with 24Hrs of Cancellation. No EXCEPTIONS.

"The Kiddie Academy" Induction Fee applies to ALL CHILDREN (ages 5-9) getting ANY service. Please refer to "The Kiddie Academy Induction" Tab for more information.

No Call/No Show: In the event of a NCNS, the client is still responsible for the FULL COST of the scheduled service. Client will be unable to book future appts. until balance is paid in full. Failure to communicate will result in a charge to the card on file (applies to all policies).

Late/Tardiness: All Clients are given a 15Min “Grace Period” before their appointment is considered LATE. The “Late fee” is $25 after 15Mins; the original appt can be rescheduled at Braider’s discretion.
PLEASE COMMUNICATE IF YOU WILL BE LATE.

Rescheduling: All clients are allotted 2 chances to reschedule their ORIGINAL APPT. No EXCEPTIONS! After 2nd reschedule, 50% of the service cost is due to book another appt. If the original appt is cancelled, 100% of the service cost is due.


"911"/EMERGENCY & SQUEEZE-IN APPTS. are an additional $125 on top of your service

DEPOSITS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL APPOINTMENTS. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. No Exceptions.

-For any service longer than 4Hrs, please ensure that you, the client, are getting your necessary rest before your appointment. If for any reason you are unable to stay ALERT and the drowsiness interferes with the performance of the service, you will be asked to LEAVE and the rest of the appointment will be rescheduled.

-Please book appointment that correlates best with your schedule. When booking please consider your personal responsibilities, I will NOT be rushed. The duration of time for each service is a general ball park time.
