COVID-19 Policy
Due to the pandemic, you are required to complete a COVID-19 waiver during the booking process. Upon entry of the shop you are required to wear a face mask and will have your temperature taken. If you are sick or displaying any signs of illness please contact me to cancel/reschedule your appointment. If you are sick or displaying any signs of illness during the service, I reserve the right end the appointment immediately! Let’s all do our part to keep everyone healthy during this pandemic.
Booking Policy
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking. This credit will go toward the balance of your service.
Payment Types
Cash & Credit (If paying with cash please bring exact change)
*All deposits are non-refundable, if you reschedule your appointment within the 24 hour time frame your deposit can be transferred once within a 30 day time period.
Late Policy
Clients are subject to a 10 minute grace period. Being more than 10 minutes late will result in a $15 late fee. Clients 15 mins late may be subject to cancellation and will forfeit deposit. If I’m more than 15 minutes late you will receive a $10 discount on your service.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be done within 24 hours of your appointment. Cancellations that are done after the 24 hour window are subject to 50% of service fee.
No call/ No Show will be charged 100% service fee.
Referrals
Clients will receive a $10 discount for each referral. Your referral must add your name in the box when booking their appointment.
