I AM BASED IN SOUTH LONDON, WEST NORWOOD 11 MINUTES DRIVE FROM BRIXTON STATION (SE27)
FREE PARKING ON ROADS NEAR BY
A £20 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR APPOINTMENT WHICH IS PAID AT THE TIME OF BOOKING THROUGH THE SITE.
The remaining balance is to be paid on the day of your appointment via CASH ONLY!
ANY BALANCES THAT REQUIRE CHANGE SHOULD BE BANK TRANSFERRED.

MON-FRI (12PM-6PM)
OUT OF HOURS APT 10AM,6PM & 8PM
OUT OF HOURS/SQUEEZE INS WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL £20 FEE.
SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS ARE AN ADDITIONAL £20
SUNDAY APPOINTMENTS ARE AN ADDITIONAL £25
PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU BOOK AN OUT OF HOUR SLOT, YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FEE AT YOUR APPOINTMENT, PLEASE SEE THE BUSINESS HOURS TO AVOID CONFUSION, AND HOW TO ADVISE YOU TO BOOK YOUR SLOT.
By BOOKING your appointment and PAYING the deposit, you are agreeing to ALL the terms and conditions on the booking site.
PATCH TEST
If you have any allergies or concerns about the adhesive that will be used at your appointment, A patch test is recommended which is to be done 24-48 hours before your appointment. If you choose to proceed with the appointment without a patch test the eyelash technician is NOT held liable or responsible for any reaction to the adhesive.
PLEASE COME WITH CLEAN LASHES
IF NOT YOU WILL BE CHARGED A £10 FEE.
TAKING TIME TO CLEAN OFF MAKEUP GOES INTO THE TIME OF MY NEXT CLIENT.
IT ALSO AFFECTS YOUR RETENTION.
Be on time for your appointment, there is a 10 minute grace period. If you are 15-20 MINUTES LATE to your appointment you will be charged a £15 fee. Anything over 20 minutes your appointment will be cancelled. As this goes into the time of the next client. That doesn't mean your deposit will be refunded.
• Cancellations
If you cancel your appointment on the day or less than 24 hours before you are required to pay the remainder of your appointment. If this is not paid it will result in you not being able to schedule another appointment with Lashed By Tamera.
NO SHOWS
NO SHOWS must pay the remainder of the balance and are ban from booking with Lashed By Tamera.
REFUNDS
DEPOSITS WILL BE REFUNDED IF I CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT FOR ANYTHING ON MY SIDE.
IF NOT THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
I AM HAPPY TO MAKE ANY ADJUSTMENTS TO YOUR EYELASHES BUT THERE ARE STRICTLY NO REFUNDS.
YOU HAVE 2 DAYS AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT TO RECEIVE ANY FREE ADJUSTMENTS TO YOUR EYELASHES.
You can reschedule your appointment ONCE per appointment, After that, you must pay a new deposit each time after. You cannot reschedule your appointment to a different month with the same deposit from the other.
You MUST reschedule your appointment 1 DAY before your appointment, or a new deposit will be required regardless of the ONE free rescheduling policy.
INFILLS
Infills must be scheduled every 2-3 weeks
The client must have at least 40% of lashes left.
Lash baths are provided with every infill.
Before you book any infills you are REQUIRED to send pictures of your lashes to determine whether it is a infill or full set.
Please do not come to your appointment with less than 40% lashes, I will have to charge you the price of a full set.
I RECOMMEND after 2 infills, you should book a new set.
I do infill other technicians work however this will be at a full set price. If you happen to come for an infill from another technician and the work isn’t to an acceptable standard, a removal and full set is required.
DURING THE SUMMER WHEN TEMPERATURES AND HUMIDITY IS HIGHER, THIS CAUSES THE LASHES TO FALL OUT MUCH QUICKER THAN USUAL.
In this case clients are required to come in sooner for their fills 2 weeks after service.
Please keep this in mind.
Please don't bring extra guest, There is a waiting area in the building but there are other people working in the building that may have clients that need to wait.
