Please Read before booking
There is a non refundable deposit of 50% for all bookings, the remaining balance is to be paid on the day of appointment. There is a £1 booking fee already included in price
- Hair must be 4" minimum all round in length (please do not book if you hair is shorter than 4" inches)
⁃ Please arrive with hair washed and blow dried from the roots, use a comb attachment (there should be no curls) if you would require a wash & blowdry please select that option
⁃ Please do not put any products in the hair before hair service. Hair must be dry (usage of products will affect the outcome of hairstyle)
- Hair braiding takes time to get the quality desired. It is not recommended to have any other appointments booked on the same day. Styles may take longer than estimated due to hair thickness and length so please do make sure you are available and prepared for your appointment.
- Remainder balance must be paid in CASH on the day
Late fees:
10 minutes late = £5
20 minutes late = £10
if you are more than 30 minutes late your appointment will be automatically cancelled and you will lose your deposit
Restrictions
If your hair is relaxed please wait two weeks before braiding your hair, we cannot braid freshly relaxed hair
You cannot change your style on the day of the appointment unless it takes less time. However even if the style costs less, you will still need to pay the remaining balance of the original style you booked for.
