EMS Session targets toning of the muscle while burning fat in just a 45-minute session. 45-minute EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) equals 20,000 squats or crunches in the desired concentrated areas: Butt, arms, thigh, and stomach. EMS treatments encourage fat cells to break down while toning the muscle, building muscle, and increasing muscle density are recommended in 5-10 sessions. This treatment is non-invasive and requires daily aftercare of daily activity, waist trainer/ garment, and water intake.
