~ALL bookings require a nonrefundable booking fee which is put toward your service. Please understand that this booking fee is NONREFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

~One instance of rescheduling with 72 hours or greater notice of your appointment will be allowed & booking fee transferred. Any further rescheduled appointments will require a new booking fee at the current price.

~If you've had ANY previous permanent brow makeup (microblading or microshading), no matter how old or faded, please be sure to send me a photo of your brows via text or email BEFORE booking so we can briefly discuss your brow goals & if I am able to work over the previous permanent brow makeup. PLEASE be sure to take a closeup photo where your brows are straight (no raising of the brows), no head tilt of the head up or down/left or right, expression-less as much as possible, without make up, and in good (preferably natural) lighting. Previous work MUST be seen and pre-approved before an appointment can be made as it may include an additional $50 fee. This photo can be texted to me at 214-836-3033.

~If an appointment is booked and you have unapproved previous permanent brow makeup, the appointment will be cancelled and the booking fee forfeited.

~I am a small business owner and cannot have last minute or repeated reschedules. I appreciate all of my clients and hope you can understand. Cancellations/reschedules with less than 72 hours notice will be charged a $100 late cancel/reschedule fee and no call/no show’s will be charged 1/2 the full session price (including touch up sessions) and rescheduling with less than 72 hrs notice will require a new booking fee be made.
