So, before we get started here's a few guidelines to help ease the booking process and for you to gain the most out of your appointment time.

1. First and foremost when scheduling an appointment, please pay attention and schedule each item needed. Alterations will only be accepted according to if time allows. For example, if you need a silk press service, as well as a conditioning and a trim, please be sure to book each of those items so that the time is allocated to perform those services.
2. Appointment availability is shown in real time. If the appointment you'd like is booked, please utilize the waitlist option so that you are notified as soon as possible in case of a cancellation.
3. Some services are not allowed for a single booking these are called Add-On services.
   1. If an Add-On item is scheduled without a main service your appointment is subject to cancellation appointments are booked according to the time needed to perform the service.
4. For all new clients, color clients, as well as luxury extension clients a consultation is required prior to confirming an appointment. If an appointment is booked without consultation your appointment will be cancelled pending a consultation.
   1. (Clients who have not booked within the last 6mo are considered NEW)
5. A $25 deposit will be required for all appointments. If the deposit is not paid, your appointment is not booked. A deposit of $150 is required for all luxury extension appointments for appointment confirmation. Deposits are non-refundable but are transferable up to one appointment in the future.
6. Please make sure that here is taken down prior to your appointment and lightly detangled if you fail to do so a detangle/takedown fee will be added to your service. I do not offer takedown of braids or twist styles at this time. If you need a takedown of an extension style you can schedule that under the extension tab.
7. Cancellations require a 48 hour notice. Anything later will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price.
