This 60-minute class is not trick-based, but we do recommend that you already have a comfortable knowledge base of beginner pole spins. We will be exploring exercises across the floor and around the pole, encouraging you to look for ways to bridge the gap between pole work and floor work. You'll learn how to tap into your senses to find a greater sense of body awareness, opening up a whole new world of possibilites! Kneepads required, layered clothing and socks recommended.
