COVID 19 PRECAUTIONS
-Please do not book/come to an appointment knowing you are displaying signs of Covid 19! If showing signs of illness, I will terminate the appointment and you will no longer be able to book future appointments. This is for everyone's safety!
-No other guest will be allowed to during your appointment. If you must bring someone, they can sit in the designated waiting area. If parent is accompanying the client (Child), that is the only exception.
-The service table and chair will be sprayed with disinfectant spray and hands will be sanitized before services begin. Your temperature will also be taken using a NON-CONTACT digital thermometer.

Please note all tools, surfaces, and hands are properly sanitized during and in between appointments by the Artist.
Every precaution is being taken to uphold the highest standard of cleanliness and safety for our clients. Therefore, the Artist will not be held liable of the client begins to display any symptoms of Covid 19. By continuing to schedule your appointment, you agree with these terms.
BOOKING/DEPOSIT
-For appointments within 12 hours of the same day, you are considered a call-in and must contact me directly to verify availability.
Normal Business Hours are as follows:
Sun: 11am-4pm
Mon: CLOSED
Tues: CLOSED
Wed: 9am-7pm
Thus: 9am-7pm
Fri: 9am- 7pm
Sat: 9am- 7pm
- When booking, an email confirmation will be sent to the email you provided. PLEASE BE SURE THE EMAIL IS ENTERED CORRECTLY!!!!! If you cannot find the email, please check your spam. You will also receive a reminder 24 hrs prior to appointment time.
- A $20 retainer is required upon booking services $40 or more. The retainer goes towards your total cost. All other services must have a card on file. NO RETAINER, NO APPOINTMENT!!! RETAINER IS NON-REFUNDABLE!!!!
- All payments MUST be made by CASH or CARD ONLY!
- A 10 minute grace period is given. You must notify me if you are running late as soon as possible. After 10 minutes additional $20 late fee is required. After 15 minutes of being late, I reserve the right to reschedule/ cancel the appointment.
- If you need to reschedule an appointment, the RETAINER can be reused ONCE. AFTER THE 1ST RESCHEULDE, A NEW RETAINER IS REQUIRED.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment it must be done within 24 hours of the appointment time. If canceling before the deadline, you can use your email confirmation to access your appointment for reschedule.
- NO SAME DAY CHANGES OF SERVICES ARE ALLOWED. Please be sure to read descriptions of the provided services to pick that best choice you so desire.
PRE-APPOINTMENT
-Skin must be clean for all body waxing services. If you need to freshen up for your intimate waxing services, wipe will be provided.
-No caffeine or alcohol consumption before your appointment. Be sure to be well hydrated before arriving.
-Wear comfortable, loose clothing.
- Be sure to exfoliate 48hrs before your next appointment.
-NO ANIMALS ARE ALLOW IN THE STUDIO!!!!!!!!
