• All calls are facilitated through ZOOM. If you prefer an audio call, please shoot me an email.
• Please schedule this time in your calendar.
• Please turn off all electronics and notifications during the time of the call.
• Please find childcare if needed.
• Please do not schedule coaching calls for times where you will be distracted ( ie driving)
• If you need to cancel, please make sure to cancel directly from your confirmation email.
