Booking Your Appointment Online
Online appointments must be booked at least 2 hours in advance.

Before making an appointment please could you make sure you fulfil the following criteria:
- I am currently well and am showing no signs/symptoms of Covid (high temperature, new and persistent cough, loss of smell/taste)
- If I have had any of the Covid symptoms I have been self-isolating for 7 days (or 14 days if one of my household has shown symptoms)
- I am not in the extremely high vulnerable self-shielding category.
- I understand that my osteopath will be wearing an apron and mask during my treatment.
- I understand that I will wash/disinfect my hands on arrival at Breckland Osteopaths.

Parking In Swaffham:
There is 2 hour free parking directly outside the practice (no need for a ticket). If you park in the main square then you'll need to display a ticket.
If you're making an appointment for a Saturday in Swaffham please remember the Swaffham Market is on and it is advisable to park for free in Theatre Street parking (PE37 7HF).
Parking In Holt:
If you're making an appointment for the Holt Practice - please be aware that there is no parking at the practice i.e. in the mews. There is parking on the main road which is free and please park there to avoid any confrontation with the residents of Railway Cottages.
