After the initial consult, a personalised treatment plan based on your health goals and concerns will be discussed at your follow up consultation. The treatment plan may include herbal medicine, nutritional medicine, diet and lifestyle modifications.

For existing clients, this is involves monitoring the progress of existing treatment plans and modifying/adjusting when needed.
