Please select a station and a good time to come get your test. There is no difference between stations.

You will receive an email confirming your appointment. If you can no longer make your appointment time, please reschedule using the link in your confirmation email.

If there are multiple people in your party, please schedule individual appointments with each person's name and contact information. Stations A and B will be in the same room to allow pairs to test simultaneously.

Please note: multiple appointments scheduled under the same name will be canceled.
