Prescription for Chest X-Ray

If you have written proof of a previous positive Tb test, QuantiFERON blood test or chest x-ray, you are eligible to receive a prescription for a chest X-ray to satisfy your Tb test requirement. With your prescription, you can complete your chest X-Ray at our partnering Imaging Center. The price of the X-ray ranges from $35-60 depending on which Imaging Center you visit.

LiveScan Fingerprinting (*$30 Rolling Fee + Government Fees may apply. Please note this software does not generate the cost of this service into your appointment total that is displayed below)
