* A $25 non-refundable and non-transferrable deposit is required to schedule an appointment*
*ALL PRICES ARE STARTING PRICES- LONGER LENGTHS & DENSITY WILL DETERMINE THE INCREASE. YOUR STYLIST WILL INFORM YOU OF PRICE BEFORE STARTING SERVICE.*
**Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable**
- No children or extra guest are allowed, if they are not being serviced.
- No food or drink allowed in the salon where being serviced.
- You ARE NOT required to input your credit/debit card information to schedule an appointment.
- Cash & credit/debit card transactions are taken in the salon. A 3.8% processing fee is added to ALL card transactions. *CASH IS ENCOURAGED*
- WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASHAPP, PAYPAL, VENMO, APPLEPAY OR ANY OTHER 3RD PARTY PAYMENT APPS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Appointment confirmations will be sent via email on file, please be sure to provide an email address when scheduling. Reminders will be sent via text 24 hours before your appointment, please provide a valid telephone number.
- A late fee of $15 occurs up to 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment. After 15 mins, your appointment WILL BE cancelled, and you will need to reschedule on the scheduling link.
- No call, no show, and cancellations not made 24 hours or more will not be allowed to schedule again in the future.
-Wig units and Color services require a consultation, no exceptions.
- Detangling is a service, and can be added on to any service, by using the 'add-on' option.
- Braiding services are only offered Tues-Thursday.
* Again, hair lengths past shoulder length and thicker textures are subject to an up charge.*
