ALL appointments require a deposit.

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

COVID-19:

Routine cleaning of work space and treatment area completed after each client.

If you're feeling symptomatic of a cold/flu/virus please stay home & reschedule your appointment.

PAYMENT ACCEPTED:

Square(card payment), Zelle or Cash

NO CASH APP, VENMO or PAYPAL.

LATE POLICY:

After 10 mins there will be a $5 fee applied to your balance

After 15 mins you will forfeit your deposit and be asked to reschedule. NO EXCEPTIONS.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you need to cancel your appointment for permanent makeup services, please make sure you do so at least 72 hours before your appointment time.

For all other services, please make sure to cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment time.

Any cancellation outside of the policy window will forfeit their deposit. All same day cancellations will have deposit forfeited and will be charged the remaining balance of 30% of the total service cost.

ANY NO CALL, NO SHOWS:

Will result in forfeiture of deposit and you will be charged the total remaining balance of the service booked and blocked from scheduling in the future.

Booking and deposit for service still required.

GROUPON OFFERS:

Booking and deposit for service still required. Your deposit will be returned to you on appointment arrival.

No extra guests or children are permitted in the salon during your scheduled appointment time unless they are being serviced as well. No exceptions.
