A commercial inspection is offered to clients purchasing a commercial building or space and want to ensure the major functions of the building are operating as they should so that the Business is ready to operate without issues.

The Pre-Purchase Home Inspection is done by the Home Buyer after their offer is accepted to purchase a home and should be performed by a licensed Home Inspector. It provides you with a better understanding of the home’s existing condition which may require repairs, improvements or upgrades and prepares you for any upcoming maintenance needs.
This inspection is for Semi-Detached (one side of a duplex) and Detached homes.

This inspection is for Townhome or Rowhouse homes.

A condo inspection is often overlooked. A condo inspection is just as important as many things that could be caught that would become the responsibility of the new home owner such as: leaking toilets and faucets, heat registers not working or faulty appliances.

A new home (build) inspection should be done just prior to your closing and possession date. During this inspection you can identify any items that are damaged, missing, not completed or operating properly prior to possession. A new build home inspection is often overlooked but is key to catching any deficiencies in the home before they become too large or no longer covered by the builder.

A Mini Inspection is offered when you are currently living in your home but have an area of concern that you want to have a addressed and discussed with a licensed home inspector.

A New Homeowner Education session is for the new Home Owner that has been living in their home for a short amount of time and feeling a bit overwhelmed. This education session is meant for your home inspector to come in and go over any questions you might have on the functionality of your new home and how things work as a new or first time home owner.

The Pre-Listing Inspection is booked by the seller of the home. A pre-listing inspection is one of the many things that a seller can do to better prepare their home before listing it for sale with their Realtor.

This inspection is for the owner who has lived in their home for a while and would like a home check-up. Similar to going to the doctors to ensure your home is healthy for you and your family.

This type of inspection is the same as a standard home inspection with the included review of all finishes. As this inspection takes place in the clients home it is allowed to be more intrusive and in depth than a standard inspection. This inspection also includes a review of all of the floor and wall finishes in a home that would not be included in a standard inspection.

This inspection is for the home owner who has recently done a renovation on their home. This type of inspection can identify substandard materials, poor workmanship or work that does not meet current guidelines. This inspection will help ensure work is up to expectations before making the final payment to the contractor.
