We are excited to work with you. Your initial training session includes a comprehensive body assessment that is used to design your POSTURE, MOBILITY and STRENGTH program.

A mix of corrective exercises, mobility training and strength and conditioning exercises. This program center around your goals, with an emphasis on building a strong foundation that promotes good posture, mobility and strength.

A combination of manual therapy and assisted stretching. The session is geared towards improving your flexibility. To make it safe, our therapist will first release your tight muscles and tendons with manual therapy techniques. follow by a series of full body stretches.
