Session 1- Learn your level of development and what specific behaviors and attitudes you need to release to be in a healthier place. Our level of health is the biggest indicator as to if our relationships will be successful. Two healthy & self-aware people in a relationship is what it takes to make a lasting connection. Session 2- Look at common relationship struggles for your type and learn how your type thrives in relationships. Start the process of narrowing down your personal "ideal" mate. Relationship parings shared during this session as well as curating a list of questions you can ask during dates to support you in learning about someone's personality.

Reference materials and "homework" will be included with each session. The timing is up to you on how quickly we get through topics. I have a suggested order but we can be flexible for what meets your needs. It is different from therapy in that it is guided and focused on a topic with accompanying actions to take after the session.
