*Note Regarding Insurance Coverage
We do not offer Registered Massage Therapy.
Wellness plans and Health Spending Accounts may cover Bodywork services (with Krysta, Zoe or Melissa) however we cannot guarantee reimbursement. Check with your insurance provider for more information. We will send an official receipt for potential reimbursement if desired or for tax purposes.
Reflexology is covered by most insurance companies in the Health Spending or Wellness Account. You will receive an official receipt by email for insurance reimbursement.
We do not offer or remove Gel Polish free of charge. If you have Gel Polish please have it removed prior to your appointment if possible or please choose 'Shellac/Gel Polish Add On' so we have the time to remove it.
Extra charges may apply depending on the time it takes to remove the polish.
Cancellation Policy
We require a credit card on file to hold all bookings.
No-shows will be charged the full amount of the missed service.
Clients who cancel or reschedule appointments without 24 hours notice may be charged up to 50% of the service booked.
You are sent email reminders 48 hours prior to your appointment to allow time for rebooking or cancellation.
