- PLEASE , Do not book the day you have an event because your hair might take an additional time , and I won't rush my work. My goal is to provide you with the best service.
- Hair is included but , if you you want to bring your own please send me the pic of the hair :)
- Your hair must be at least 4 inch all around your head for all hairstyles. No blunt cut please.
- If your have any hair loss or your edges are very damaged , you have to consult with me via email, before booking. Kindly send pictures:
- $50 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit (Goes toward your service fee) is required to secure your appointment via Visa debit or credit card through the website to secure you appointment . Can also be sent through ZELLE and cashapp using this phone number 6144832920 The remaining balance of your hair should only be paid cash, Zelle or cash up
- You must manually cancel your appointment via the acuity scheduling link 72 hours in advance in order for your deposit to be used for a future appointment . if you cancel your appointment less than 72hours before your appointment , you will have to pay a new deposit in order to book again.
- To reschedule your appointment , you need to go back to your confirmation email.
- Please arrive with your hair washed , detangled , ,stretched and properly blown out from the root to the end for a better outcome .( NOT FLAT IRONED)$ 20 extra will be charged for blow dry if you wanted to include this servive.
- If your hair is not clean, unfortunately I will be refusing you service , your appointment will be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded.
- Please make sure you book the right hairstyle before your appointment cause you won't be able to change it the day of the appointment.
