I operate a private pay boutique counseling, coaching & consulting practice under a private pay fee structure, and am not contracted with insurance companies; however, I will provide you with documentation of your appointments and payments so that you can submit them to your insurance company.
Once you schedule your consultation you will receive an email confirmation as well as reminder emails 48, 24 hours and 2 hours prior to your appointment. It's important that you save your confirmation email, as you can reschedule and cancel your appointment with the link provided in that email. If you do not receive your email, please check your spam folder. I will call you at the number you provide at the time of your appointment.
If you are unable to keep your appointment for any reason, please cancel or reschedule at your earliest convenience, as I have limited availability and this will allow someone else to schedule.
