You've checked into Lash Queen 'E World , I'm a License cosmetologist, Eyelash technician located in Buffalo NY . This is an NON REFUNDABLE SERVICE. All appointments are required a non refundable deposit to book the appointment through the website.Your appointment will not be confirmed until the deposit is paid , Time is valuable, Please be on TIME. Please be advised that eyelash extensions is an time consuming skills that cannot be rush. The maximum time of 1Hour and 30 Min will be needed to complete the service.

APPOINTMENTS

• All Clients when scheduling appointments please be sure to choose the right appointment Service, For example if you are booking a Two week fill which is at least 50% of lashes extension still applied Make sure you book for Two weeks not One week.
• Prior to the appointment, Clients you are not allowed to wear any form of makeup to the eyes including eyeshadow , glitter , rhinestones, eyelash stripes, mascara, highlights , foundation and etc
• All client must come in with squeaky clean Lashes !
• Please do not drink coffee before your appointment , it causes jittery eyes and hard to apply the Lash Extension.
• All appointments require a deposit, which is non refundable.
• All clients have 24 hours to cancel their appointment. If poorly incapable to follow up the 24 hour cancellation, the deposit will be collected and a new deposit will be required for rebooking .
• All Appointments are not valid until the deposit is receive

• Arrive to your appointment on time.

• All clients will have to read and agree to a consent form then sign and date it before any service is begun. If fail to agree with the terms and outline of the consent form and refuse to signature and date the consent form, The appointment will be canceled and the deposit will not be refunded.
