• 10 minute grace period will be given ONLY if notified in advance.

• A non-refundable deposit of 20$ will be required to book appointment.
• No show, same day cancellation will be charged full service.
• Cancel/reschedule before 48 hrs to avoid fee for eyebrow appointment
