This is a hands-on class where you will make all your favourite coffees that you see in your local café, learn the little tricks of the trade and have loads of fun along the way.

This class is for the intermediate Barista ready to explore the next layer in the world of Espresso. Understand the importance of the grinder and how to correctly adjust and dial it in. Learn in detail the individual aspects of Espresso variables and how you can alter them. This is a hands-on course where you will brew a variety of recipes, taste, record data and review the outcomes to discover how the different variables can manipulate and alter expresso extraction.

This is a hands-on class for the Barista wanting to learn or perfect the techniques of free pour Latte Art. Learn the process behind texturing milk and how to steam, stretch and roll it to create the perfect micro-foam for free pouring latte art. Once you have perfected the ability to produce silky micro foam milk, our expert Barista will share some inside tips to have you pouring and creating 3 beautiful ancient Artesian latte art patterns: The Heart, Tulip & Rosetta.
