BRIDAL APPOINTMENTS
For weekday and Sunday appointments, we take your card details, but the appointment is FREE OF CHARGE. You are welcome to cancel your appointment, but we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice. If you do not give 48 hours notice of cancellation for a weekday or Sunday appointment then £20 will be charged to your card.
For Saturday appointments, we charge a £20 booking fee, which can be credited towards a dress purchase on the day of your appointment. If you cannot attend your Saturday appointment, we kindly ask for a minimum of 72 hours notice of cancellation, and you will receive a full refund of your £20 booking fee. If you do not give 72 hours notice then unfortunately your booking fee will not be refunded.
BRIDESMAIDS/OCCASION APPOINTMENTS
Bridesmaids/Occasion appointments are only available on weekdays. We take your card details, but the appointment is FREE OF CHARGE. You are welcome to cancel your appointment, but we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice. If you do not give 48 hours notice of cancellation for a weekday appointment then £20 will be charged to your card.
You are welcome to bring a maximum of three guests to your appointment, and we kindly ask that everyone wears a mask to comply with current COVID regulations.
