I help my clients make connections between what is happening today and how it relates to past experiences. By doing so, they are able to discover relational patterns, ways in which they connect with others, and how they see themselves.

I provide a variety of new strategies to help them regulate their emotions. This allows them to begin to feel more in control, to have a sense of hope, and to see change.

I help my clients change this cycle and reconnect with one another by creating a safe relationship where unsaid feelings can be expressed. I help them start communicating again but this time at a different level, a deeper level.
